Merchandise is produced solely for those authorized to use the artwork provided to us. Customer authorizes us permission for use of their logo, or other protected visual property contained in their art.

Prices are in U.S. Dollars; any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The Crazy-Low Setup Charge: We charge a fee for the time and materials required to 'set up' your order on the machinery that will imprint your items. Most companies charge $50 dollars or more for each imprint color. On most items -- items starting with US100 thru US899 -- we charge just $24. And that's even if you're ordering 5 different items, each with a 3-color logo. Just $24 flat. Bing, bam, done.
Overruns/Underruns: In most cases, we will ship the exact quantity ordered.
However, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity
ordered; this quantity will be billed pro-rata.
Shipping Charges: Pricing does not include shipping charges. The website's shopping cart will provide you a shipping quote as you add items to your cart. You can also choose to provide us a Shipper Account# and no freight charges will be added to your order.
Production Timing: Merchandise is Made to Order; for most items, please allow at least 2 weeks for production.
Occasionally, raw materials are out-of-stock. If raw materials issues could delay your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. The item will be back ordered and shipped when available.
If you need your merchandise for a certain date, please indicate this when placing your order. You may type this information in the 'Special Instructions' section when you Check Out your cart.
Custom Imprint: Most of our items include a customized imprint in one of our standard imprint colors. Additional imprint colors may also be available, as an option. Also, special imprint colors may be available; a Pantone Matching System (PMS) charge might apply. You can email us any artwork, or use the art upload link provided during your checkout process. If you need us to create art for you, please call us to discuss what you're looking for. Most orders are subject to additional charges, including screen charges; we will confirm with you any charges prior to production.

Samples: At Point-USA our sample policy makes it easy for you to "try it before you buy it." By sampling our products, such as promotional pens, advertising gifts and convention bags, you eliminate any concerns about quality, color and size.
Our lower-priced items -- under $5 -- are available to ship to you without charge to locations within the Continental United States. Items over $5 can be shipped if you provide us with a credit card. For these more expensive samples, we'll credit your creditcard for the amount of your sample(s) if you place an order or return the items within 30 days.
Points For America: And for each ten dollars you spend on our products,we'll donate one dollar to a nonprofit organization to help promote American manufacturing and develop our future workforce.
Apparel Size Chart: Our apparel items are cut to the same sizing specifications as leading retailers. Currently, many shirt designs are based on a sports model, so they are often sized generously to allow a full range of motion. The size charts provided are only to be used as a general guide and are not a guarantee that all garments will fit as specified. Garment sizes may vary slightly between manufacturers. How to Order On-Line...
By placing your order on-line, you can:
- place orders at any time
- ensure accurate instructions and expedited service
- receive a confirmation of your order within minutes
For each item you want to order, type in the quantity you need and click the adjacent 'Add to Cart' button. Enter your ship-to Zip Code, and select a shipping method. You'll see your complete shopping cart, including shipping charges. You may choose to 'Continue Shopping' to select more merchandise, or click the 'Proceed To Checkout' button to finalize your order.
Once you 'Proceed To Checkout' you'll be at our Secure Checkout page. Here, you can either 1) log in (if you had a prior order with us and set yourself up with a password) or 2) complete the Billing and Shipping Information sections. Depending on your payment method, select the Check or Credit Card section. For either payment method, we'll prepare an order confirmation that will include all charges, including setup charges. For check payments, please prepare your check based on the total of this confirmation. For those paying by creditcard, please let us know that your confirmation is good and we'll process your creditcard and email a copy of your paid invoice as receipt. In Order Comments, add any special instructions; this could include: art notes, product sizes, imprint colors, imprint size, shipping notes, etc.
